How does the Lite version work?

Sign up for free. We will verify that you are a bona fide Media Owner, Agency, Advertiser or Landlord. We will send you login details, and you will be able to securely access the system via the web. If you are Media Owner or Landlord, you will only be able to manage your own sites, including mapping and traffic stats. Verified Agencies and Advertisers will be able to view your sites; in other words information that you normally supply on request. If you ever decide to stop using Odex you can export your data, and then delete everything on the system - no residual copy will remain.

How does the Pro 30-day free trial work?

So you can explore how Odex Pro can help you manage your business, simply sign-up and test at no cost for 30 days. We'll let you know when your trial is almost over so you can choose to stay with Pro, or upgrade to Enterprise. It is not possible to downgrade to the free Lite edition without losing any data you may have entered during the free Pro trial.

Who can see my data and information?

Your data security is very important. Any data that gets entered into our systems will always be yours and is designated as either "secure" or "public".

• Secure data is secure in your desktop application and is not available for sharing. It includes your confidential information and records relating to landlord or advertising agreements, asset costing, job information, and other business sensitive data. Nobody other than your own account users with the correct permissions and roles can legally access this data.
• Public data is the marketable data of the asset, i.e. the same information that can be gathered by driving down the street and taking a picture of your assets, such as the size, type, illumination, etc. Professional and Enterprise edition users have full control to deactivate agency and advertiser sharing access to this data if they prefer.

Who owns my Data?

You retain all rights in your data always. If you want to stop using Odex services, simply export for your own records, and then delete your data from Odex.

Can I change or cancel plans at any time?

There are no term-length commitments for Lite, Professional or Enterprise editions, so you adjust your plan options as your needs change.

What support do you provide?

All Odex editions have access to the built in user guide and are supported via email tickets. Professional and Enterprise customers receive enhanced support and prioritized responses including live Skype and 24/7 ticket response. Enterprise Server receive full onsite support.

Which platforms are supported?

Web Internet Explorer 8, 9 & 10, Firefox 3, Safari 6, Chrome 4 and higher. Desktop (Windows 7 & 8). Server (Win Server 2012).

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently bill in advance and will in the future accept payments online by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
